How do I join the Candle Credit Program?
Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.
How do I earn Candle Credit?
Earn 1 Candle Credit point for every $1 you spend excluding any shipping fees or taxes.
How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Log In to your store account and go to the Use Points Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.
How do I use my rewards?
Candle Credit is issued as discount codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order).
The Candle Rewards Program (“Program”) sponsored by Southern Elegance Candle Company (“Sponsor”) is designed to reward you for your continued patronage. You will receive rewards for shopping at www.secandleco.com (the “Site”).
The following Rewards terms and conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions shall consist of acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.
Being eligible for the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Upon notice, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.
This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by Sponsor (the "Program Period").
To become a Member of the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands and be 18 years of age or older. To enroll in Program, you simply need to have registered for an account at https://secandleco.com/account/login.
Earning Candle Credit
Once you log in, you begin racking up Candle Credit (“Credit”) every time you purchase full-size products from https://secandleco.com, you earn credit for every $1 spent (excluding tax & shipping);
You can check your Curl Credits balance on your account page.
Candle Credit Redemption
Every $100 in Candle Cash you earn in accordance with this Program equals $10 to spend on https://secandleco.com. The Points are redeemable towards purchases of full-size products solely on the Site, and you can redeem them in the checkout process. You may not use points to purchase items on sale.
To redeem your Points, simply add items to your shopping cart, and click the “Checkout” button (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Method section, you’ll be able to use your Candle Credit. Your credit will be applied and the dollar value will be deducted from your order total.
