Thank you for your interest in joining the Southern Elegance Candle Company Wholesale Family! Here you will find all brands that fall under the Southern Elegance umbrella to include Sandhills Candle Company. We invite you to join us in our quest to bring a little bit of Southern life into every home. We enjoy doing business with small and large boutiques all across the South.  

Ordering Minimum Opening = $200, No Minimum Reorder  There is a minimum purchase of 4 candles per scent.

Current processing time before your order ships is 3-4 business days.

A "Rush" order can be purchased for an additional $50 fee.

*** Custom orders may take up to 7 days to ship, Please plan accordingly. A

"Rush Custom" order can be purchased for an addition $75 fee. ****

If you are interested in carrying candles from Southern Elegance Candle line, we encourage you to create an account with us. We will review your request and activate your account within 1 business day. In the meantime, please review our Customer Service Policies.

Updating Account Information: We encourage you to register online and create your own account profile and then use this website to maintain your shipping and billing detail.

Exclusivity: We review every potential client to assure those territories are never over saturated but also assure our products are easily accessible to the consumer.

We reserve the right to protect zip codes and/or areas with active retail partners. Southern Elegance Candle Co. cannot guarantee all territory protection but will research proximity to existing customers with each new inquiry to the best of our ability.

For an account to remain active and territories protected, an order must be placed at least once every 6 months with a minimum total for the year of $5000. If an existing stockist is only ordering select collections, another stockist in the same area may order another distinctly different collection.

Partners with no account activity over a six-month period may be closed. We reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met.

*Exclusivity rights do not extend to the Sandhills Candle Company Collection.**

Returns & Replacements: We do not accept returns. We will refund or replace aproduct that is defective or broken in transit. Requests for replacement must be sent via email to info@secandleco.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged materials may be requested for a refund or replacement
